The Kin & Whimsey Ambassador Program allows you to earn cash by helping families, schools, churches, neighborhoods, and organizations discover our event rentals.
There is no cost to join, no inventory to purchase, and no sales quota. Simply share your personalized ambassador link and earn rewards when your referrals book with Kin & Whimsey.
The program is free to join.
Ambassadors are independent promoters and are not employees of Kin & Whimsey.
Earnings apply only to qualifying equipment rental revenue.
Consumables and additional service fees are excluded.
Payments are issued monthly after qualifying events are completed.
Canceled, refunded, unpaid, or disputed reservations do not qualify.
Ambassadors may not make false claims, promise unauthorized discounts, or represent themselves as employees.
Spam, misleading advertising, or inappropriate group promotion may result in removal from the program.
Kin & Whimsey may update the program terms, rewards, or eligibility requirements as needed.
How the Program Works
1. Apply
Complete our short Ambassador Application below. Once approved, you will receive your own personalized ambassador page and referral link.

2. Share Your Link
Share your personalized link with:
Friends and family
Local Facebook groups
Neighborhood groups
School and PTO communities
Church groups
Daycare families
Social media followers
Event planners and community organizations
Your personalized page will include a reservation request form that automatically connects the customer to your ambassador account.
Receive 10% of the qualifying equipment rental total when a customer books through your personalized ambassador page.
Examples:

$300 equipment rental = $30 earned

$500 equipment rental = $50 earned

$750 equipment rental = $75 earned
Earnings are paid after the customer’s event has been completed and all payments have cleared.
3. Earn Cash
When someone submits a request through your link and completes an equipment rental, you earn cash based on the qualifying equipment rental total.Consumables, delivery charges, taxes, damage deposits, and other fees are not included when calculating ambassador earnings.
How Referrals Are Tracked
We use several methods to help ensure you receive proper credit.
Personalized Reservation Link
Customers who submit a reservation request through your personalized page are automatically connected to your ambassador account.
Customer Confirmation
The reservation form will ask: Were you referred by a Kin & Whimsey Ambassador? The customer can confirm your name if they previously viewed your page but later returned through the main website.
Ambassador Referral Submission
Current ambassadors will also have access to a referral submission form. Use this form when you have personally referred someone who may not have submitted their reservation request yet. Submitting a referral does not guarantee commission credit, but it creates a dated record of the referral.
Referral Credit Policy
The referral will generally be credited to the ambassador whose personalized link or referral record appears first in our system.
Referral disputes must be reported before the customer’s event date. Kin & Whimsey will review the available records and make the final determination.
